AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education for an unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal Year 2002-2003 resulting from the reclassification of a position; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1  Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General

1-2  Fund to the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education

1-3  the sum of $3,400 for an unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal

1-4  Year 2002-2003 resulting from the reclassification of a position.

1-5  This appropriation is supplemental to that made by section 17 of

1-6  chapter 570, Statutes of Nevada 2001, at page 2860.

1-7  Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
