AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services of the Department of Human Resources for an unanticipated shortfall in Fiscal Year 2002-2003 for expenditures relating to psychiatric services and clinical hours at rural clinics; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN

SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

1-1  Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General

1-2  Fund to the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services

1-3  of the Department of Human Resources the sum of $613,557 for an

1-4  unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal Year 2002-2003 for

1-5  expenditures relating to psychiatric services and clinical hours at

1-6  rural clinics. This appropriation is supplemental to that made by

1-7  section 19 of chapter 570, Statutes of Nevada 2001, at page 2861.

 


2-1  Sec. 2.  This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
