On the date the amendatory provisions of this act are approved or determined not to require approval pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 667 (c), only if the amendatory provisions of this act are approved or determined not to require approval pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 667 (c) after October 1, 2003.
