S.B. 254 (R1)            Makes various changes relating to child care facilities operated by businesses as auxiliary service provided for their customers. (BDR 38-1127)

 

S.B. 296 (R1)            Revises provisions governing abuse or neglect of children. (BDR 38-372)

 

S.B. 402 (R1)            Makes various changes concerning protection of children from abuse and neglect. (BDR 38-1306)

S.B. 68                    Revises provisions concerning licensure of facilities which provide surgical treatment for refractive errors of eye. (BDR 40-263)

 

S.B. 197 (R1)            Provides for establishment of State Program for Fitness and Wellness and Advisory Council on State Program for Fitness and Wellness. (BDR 40-36)

 

S.C.R. 3 (R1)            Designates the second Wednesday in April as “Service Animal Recognition Day.” (BDR R-693)
