A.B. 256            Establishes crimes of vehicular homicide and homicide by vessel for driving vehicle or operating vessel under influence of alcohol or certain substances which causes death under certain circumstances      (BDR 43-458)

 

A.B. 421            Provides that once person has been convicted of felony for operating vehicle or vessel while under influence of alcohol or controlled substance, any subsequent violation is treated as felony (BDR 43-473)
