S.B. 46               Increases maximum assumed monthly wage of volunteer firefighters for purpose of contributions to Public Employees' Retirement System. (BDR 23-822)

S.B. 71               Removes requirement for approval of salaries of executive staff of Public Employees' Benefits Program by Interim Retirement and Benefits Committee. (BDR 23-86)

S.B. 89               Makes supplemental appropriation to Department of Human Resources for unanticipated shortfall in money for Fiscal Year 2004-2005 resulting from increased cost of maintenance of effort requirement for Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant. (BDR S-1190)
