A.B. 36 (R1) Requires Director of Department of Human Resources to include in State Plan for Medicaid requirement that young adults who have “aged out” of foster care are eligible for Medicaid. (BDR 38-668)
A.B. 514 (R1) Authorizes Department of Education to provide grants to public schools for establishment of pilot programs providing alternative educational settings for disruptive pupils. (BDR S‑937)
