A.B. 35 (R2)          Makes various changes concerning instruction permits and driver’s licenses of minors who are in legal custody of county. (BDR 43‑667)

 

A.B. 36 (R1)          Requires Director of Department of Human Resources to include in State Plan for Medicaid requirement that young adults who have “aged out” of foster care are eligible for Medicaid. (BDR 38-668)
