S.B. 84 Revises provisions governing exemption of certain uses of time-share units from taxes on transient lodging. (BDR 20-135)
S.B. 407 Authorizes boards of county commissioners to provide civil penalties in lieu of criminal penalties for violations of ordinances in certain circumstances. (BDR 20-588)
S.B. 417 Authorizes certain counties to regulate use of electric personal assistive mobility devices. (BDR 20-331)
