A.B. 296 (R1) Requires certain major hospitals to accept certain payments for provision of emergency services and care to certain patients as payment in full. (BDR 40-790)
A.B. 322 (R1) Requires major hospitals to adopt and carry out plans to provide community benefits and charity care. (BDR 40-1074)
A.B. 327 Authorizes county hospitals to compensate physicians for provision of certain medical services to indigent patients. (BDR 40-928)
A.B. 342 (R1) Makes various changes concerning analysis, reporting and provision of health care services. (BDR 40-1163)
A.B. 353 (R1) Makes various changes concerning hospital charges. (BDR 40-1164)
