S.B. 234            Revises qualifications for Supreme Court Justices, district judges and justices of the peace. (BDR 1-775)

 

S.B. 248            Creates statutory right to jury trial in justices' courts and municipal courts for defendants charged with certain misdemeanors. (BDR 14-1122)

 

S.B. 249            Revises provisions governing foreclosure sales of real property and sales of real property under execution. (BDR 3-908)
