SECOND REVISED AGENDA

 

PRESENTATION ON COMMENDING DEAN RICHARD MORGAN AND THE WILLIAM S. BOYD SCHOOL OF LAW FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE LAW SCHOOL AND FOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE BETTERMENT OF THE STATE OF NEVADA.

 

S.B. 209            Provides that unclaimed capital credit of certain nonprofit cooperative corporations is not subject to provisions of Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act. (BDR 7-839)

 

S.B. 248            Creates statutory right to jury trial in justices' courts and municipal courts for defendants charged with certain misdemeanors. (BDR 14-1122)

 

S.B. 270            Revises provisions governing unclaimed property. (BDR 10-581)

 

S.B. 271            Makes various changes concerning participants in program to assist victims of certain crime in maintaining confidential addresses. (BDR 16-577)

 

Possible committee introduction and work session on measures previously considered.

Public comment. Testimony may be limited.

Any person proposing an amendment to a bill being heard by the committee must include a statement of the intent for the amendment, and the proposal must be submitted in writing with the contact person identified.
