S.B. 353            Makes various changes to provisions governing guardianships. (BDR 13-462)

 

S.B. 360            Revises provisions relating to convicted persons. (BDR 14-911)

 

S.B. 446            Allows certain persons to access files and records relating to their adoption or birth and eliminates State Register for Adoptions. (BDR 11-709)

 

S.B. 450            Makes various changes to provisions governing temporary and extended orders for protection against stalking, aggravated stalking, harassment and domestic violence. (BDR 15-1407)

Public comment. Testimony may be limited.

Any person proposing an amendment to a bill being heard by the committee must include a statement of the intent for the amendment, and the proposal must be submitted in writing with the contact person identified.

 

The Committee encourages parties with concerns or amendments on a particular measure to contact the bill’s sponsor and the committee policy analyst in advance of the meeting date.
