Continuation and discussion of:

          Revise provisions related to property taxes to freeze taxes for one year and then temporarily limit future increases based on the Consumer Price Index;

          Revise provisions related to property taxes to provide a methodology using a county growth factor to cap future tax increases;

          Revise provisions related to property taxes to provide a methodology to create a percentage cap on future tax increases.

Presentation and discussion of various proposals for property tax relief.
