S.B. 169            Authorizes boards of county commissioners of smaller counties to use money in infrastructure fund for certain projects, facilities and activities. (BDR 32-147)

S.B. 170            Authorizes certain smaller counties to impose additional local sales and use tax under certain circumstances. (BDR 32-853)
