Presentation:     Overview of Transportation Services Authority by

                             Sandra Lee Avants, Chairman

S.B. 13              Revises provisions governing authority of peace officers to make arrests for certain offenses. (BDR 43-363)

S.B. 132            Authorizes peace officers to issue traffic citations that are prepared electronically. (BDR 43-520)

S.B. 141            Increases term of imprisonment under certain circumstances for driver of vehicle who leaves scene of accident involving bodily injury to or death of person. (BDR 43-362)
