- Sections 1 to 15, inclusive, 16, 17 to 20, inclusive, 22 to 99, inclusive, 100 and 101 of this act effective: (a) June 14, 2007, for the purpose of adopting regulations to carry out the amendatory provisions of this act, and (b) July 1, 2007, for all other purposes. Sections 15.5 and 16.5 of this act effective July 1, 2008. Section 61.5 of this act expires by limitation on June 30, 2009. Section 8 of this act expires by limitation December 31, 2009. Section 99.5 of this act effective January 1, 2010. Section 36 of this act expires by limitation on June 30, 2013. Section 99.7 of this at effective July 1, 2013. Section 20 of this act expires by limitation on the date on which the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 666 requiring each state to establish procedures under which the state has authority to withhold or suspend, or to restrict the use of professional, occupational and recreational licenses of persons who: (a) Have failed to comply with a subpoena or warrant relating to a proceeding to determine the paternity of a child or to establish or enforce an obligation for the support of a child; or (b) Are in arrears in the payment for the support of one or more children, are repealed by the Congress of the United States. Section 21 of this act effective on the date on which the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 666 requiring each state to establish procedures under which the state has authority to withhold or suspend, or to restrict the use of professional, occupational and recreational licenses of persons who: (a) Have failed to comply with a subpoena or warrant relating to a procedure to determine the paternity of a child or to establish or enforce an obligation for the support of a child; or (b) Are in arrears in the payment for the support of one or more children, are repealed by the Congress of the United States.
