• AB14   Sections 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8 of this act effective July 1, 2009. Sections 3, 4 and 5 of this act effective January 1, 2011.
  Revises provisions governing testing and reporting of results of pupils. (BDR 34-294)
• AB80   Sections 1 to 15 and 18, inclusive, 16 and 17 of this act effective October 1, 2009. Section 15.5 of this act effective January 1, 2011.
  Revises provisions relating to excavations. (BDR 40-483)
• AB148   Sections 1 to 12 and 16, inclusive, and 15 of this act effective January 1, 2010. Sections 13 and 14 of this act effective January 1, 2011.
  Requires certain health and safety training for construction workers and supervisors. (BDR 53-276)
• AB162   Sections 1 to 9 and 16, inclusive, 10 and 11 to 15, inclusive, of this act effective May 29, 2009, for the purpose of adopting regulations, licensing behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts and certifying autism behavior interventionists; and January 1, 2011, for all other purposes. Sections 9.5, 10.5, 15.3 and 15.5 of this act effective May 29, 2009, for the purposes of adopting regulations; and July 1, 2011, for all other purposes.
  Requires certain policies of health insurance and health care plans to provide coverage for screening for and treatment of autism. (BDR 57-44)
• AB202   Sections 1 to 9 and 31, inclusive, 12, 14, 17 to 24, inclusive, and 26 to 30.5, inclusive, of this act effective June 4, 2009. Sections 10, 11, 13, 15 and 16 of this act effective July 1, 2010. Section 24.5 of this act effective January 1, 2011.
  Makes various changes concerning cosmetology and certain related practices. (BDR 54-681)
• AB513   Sections 1, 2, 4 to 20, and 21, inclusive, of this act effective May 29, 2009. Section 3 of this act effective January 1, 2011, for the purposes of educational qualifications of escrow agents or agencies; and May 29, 2009, for all other purposes.
  Makes various changes to provisions governing licensing of escrow agencies and mortgage brokers, agents and bankers. (BDR 54-1136)
• SB303   Sections 1, 7, 18, 19 and 20 effective July 1, 2009. Sections 2 to 6, inclusive, and 8 to 17, inclusive, effective January 1, 2011.
  Enacts the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children. (BDR 34-186)
