Sections 1, 4, and 9 of this act effective June 12, 2015, for the purpose of filing claims for tax exemptions and performing any preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the amendatory provisions of sections 1 and 4 of this act, and on July 1, 2015, for all other purposes. Sections 2, 3, and 5 to 8, inclusive, of this act effective July 1, 2015. Sections 2 and 3 of this act expire by limitation on July 31, 2022.
