Sections 9, 48 and 56 effective July 1, 2023. Section 9 expires by limitation December 31, 2025. Section 10 effective January 1, 2023, and expires by limitation June 30, 2021. Sections 27, 31 to 34, inclusive, expire by limitation December 31, 2031. Sections 45 to 47, inclusive, expire by limitation on the date on which the last contract entered into pursuant to the Program, as defined in NRS 704.7874, terminates, whether termination is by expiration of the terms of the contract or otherwise.
