| Section 24 effective June 9, 2023. Sections 1 to 20.5, inclusive, 22, and 23 of this act effective on June 9, 2023, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act, and on January 1, 2024, for all other purposes. Section 21 of this act effective on the date that the permanent regulations required to be adopted by the State Environmental Commission pursuant to section 20.5 of this act are filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 233B.070. Section 22.5 of this act effective July 1, 2023. | ||
