| Section 12 effective June 1, 2023. Section 6 of this act effective June 1, 2023, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of that section, and on October 1, 2023, for all other purposes. Sections 1 to 5, inclusive, and 8 to 11, inclusive, of this act effective on October 1, 2023. Section 7 of this act effective on the effective date of the regulations adopted by the Commission for Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels establishing the requirements relating to the transfer of all books, records, and other papers of a client upon the termination or assignment of a management agreement pursuant to that section. | ||
