| Section 6 effective June 7, 2023. Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5.93, 5.95 and 5.97 effective June 7, 2023, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and January 1, 2024, for all other purposes. Sections 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 4.5 and 5.1 to 5.9, inclusive, become effective on the date on which the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles notifies the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau that sufficient resources are available to enable the Department to carry out the provisions of those sections. |
