Provides for the transfer of certain money to the State General Fund. (BDR S-11)

AB2    Chapter 1          12-09        Effective December 9, 2008. Section 2 of this act expires by limitation on June 30, 2011. Sections 1 and 3 of this act expire by limitation on August 31, 2013.
Revises provisions governing state financial administration. (BDR 30-10)

SB1    Chapter 3          12-09        Effective December 9, 2008 and applies retroactively from and after July 1, 2008, and expires by limitation on June 30, 2009.
Temporarily revises the provisions governing the disposition of revenue received by the State from the lease of federal lands. (BDR 26-12)

SB2    Chapter 4          12-09        Sections 2, 4, 14, 15 and 16 effective December 9, 2008. Sections 6 to 12, inclusive effective January 1, 2009. Sections 4 and 6 to 12, inclusive, expire by limitation June 30, 2009. Sections 1, 3, 5 and 13 effective July 1, 2009. Sections 1, 3, 5 and 13 effective July 1, 2009.
Makes various changes to the provisions governing the administration of certain taxes and fees. (BDR 32-9)
