Requires certain employers to electronically transfer to the State certain income withheld from employees pursuant to support orders. (BDR 3-10)
AB2 Chapter 9 3-11 Effective March 11, 2010, and expires by limitation on June 30, 2011.
Authorizes deviation from the required hours of operation for county offices under certain circumstances. (BDR 23-14)
AB3 Chapter 3 2-28 Sections 1 to 67, inclusive, 80 to 88, inclusive, and 89 of this act effective February 28, 2010. Sections 68 to 79, inclusive, of this act become effective July 1, 2010. Sections 1 and 6 of this act expire by limitation on June 30, 2011.

AB4 Chapter 7 3-10 Effective March 10, 2010, and expires by limitation on June 30, 2011.
Temporarily provides flexibility for school districts from the requirements of class-size reduction. (BDR S-37)
AB5 Chapter 6 3-10 Effective March 10, 2010, and applies retroactively from and after July 1, 2009, and expires by limitation on June 30, 2011.
Provides a temporary waiver from the minimum textbook expenditure requirements for all school districts, charter schools and university schools for profoundly gifted pupils. (BDR S-17)
AB6 Chapter 10 3-12 Sections 1 to 18, inclusive, 20 to 30, inclusive, 32, 34 to 37, inclusive, 39, 43, 44, 46 to 63, inclusive, 65 to 68, inclusive, and 69 of this act effective March 12, 2010. Sections 19 and 31 of this act effective April 1, 2010. Section 64 of this act effective May 1, 2010. Sections 33, 38, 40, 41, 42, and 45 of this act effective July 1, 2010. Sections 36 and 47 of this act expire by limitation on June 30, 2011.
Reduces state expenditures, increases certain fees and makes various other changes relating to the funding of state and local government. (BDR 31-43)
