Exempt Bills

Declared exempt pursuant to subsection 4 of Joint Standing Rule No. 14.6, bills required to carry out the business of the Legislature.

Following is a cumulative list of all bills and resolutions that, after being printed, have been determined by the Fiscal Analysis Division to be exempt from the provisions of subsections 1 and 2 of Joint Standing Rule No. 14, subsection 1 of Joint Standing Rule No. 14.2 and Joint Standing Rule No. 14.3 because they:

            1.  Contain an appropriation;

            2.  Authorize the expenditure by a state agency of sums not appropriated from the state general fund or the state highway fund;

            3.  Create or increase any significant fiscal liability of the state; or

                        2. To which the provisions of subsections 1 and 2 of Joint Standing Rules No. 14, subsection 1 of Joint Standing Rule No. 14.2 and
                        Joint Standing Rule 14.3. do not apply.
