The Senate Committee on Government Affairswas called to order by Chairman Ann O'Connell, at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, May 28, 2003, on the Senate Floor of the Legislative Building, Carson City, Nevada. There was no Agenda. There was no Attendance Roster.

SENATOR HARDY MOVED TO RESCIND THE ACTION WHEREBY THE COMMITTEE VOTED TO NOT CONCUR WITH ASSEMBLY AMENDMENTS NO. 822 AND NO. 890 TO S.B. 491.

 

SENATOR TIFFANY SECONDED THE VOTE.

THE MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
