Sections 1, 2, 3, and 5 of this act effective: (a) June 9, 2015, for the purposes of adopting regulations, appointing members to the Advisory Council on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and (b) on July 1, 2015, for all other purposes.
