Effective June 4, 2021. Sections 1 to 3.5, inclusive, 5, and 6 of this act expire by limitation on June 5, 2023. Section 4 of this act expires by limitation on the earlier of the date that the Supreme Court determines that the programs of alternative dispute resolution established by rule by the Supreme Court or a district court or justice court do not have sufficient funds to administer the programs, or June 5, 2023. |
