| Sections 1 to 5, inclusive, 23 and 24 effective October 1, 2021. Sections 6 to 16, inclusive, 18 and 19 effective June 3, 2021, for the purpose of adopting regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 7 to 19, inclusive, of this act and on October 1, 2021 for all other pupoises. Sections 17, 17.5, 21, 22 and 25 effective June 3, 2021. Section 20 effective October 1, 2021, if the Department of Public Safety is able to perform its duties under section 20 using exisiting resources; or on the date on which federal funding is obtained to carry out the provisions of sections 7 to 21, of this act if the Department of Public Safety is not able to perform its duties under section 20 using existing resources. | ||
