| Section 12 effective June 15, 2023. Sections 1 to 2.7, inclusive, 3, 4 to 7, inclusive, 9, and 11 effective July 1, 2023. Sections 2.9, 3.1 to 3.9, inclusive, 8, and 10 effective June 15, 2023, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act, and on July 1, 2024, for all other purposes.
