Sections 14, 15, 16, and 17 of this act become effective June 10, 2015. Sections 1 to 13, inclusive, of this act effective: (a) June 10, 2015, for the purpose of adopting any regulations and performing any other preparatory administrative tasks necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and (b) on July 1, 2015, for all other purposes. Section 14 of this act expires by limitation on June 30, 2017.
