Sections 1, 21, 74, 75 and 77 effective June 6, 2019. Sections 2 to 20, inclusive, and 22 to 61, inclusive, and 64 to 72, inclusive, effective June 6, 2019, for the purposes of adopting regulations and performing any other administrative tasks that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and on January 1, 2020, for all other purposes. Sections 62, 63, 72.6 and 73.5 effective on January 1, 2020, only if regulations adopted by the State Board of Podiatry pursuant to NRS 635.030 prescribing the conditions under which a podiatry hygienist or a person training to be a podiatry hygienist may engage in radiation therapy and radiologic imaging have not become effective before that date; and expire by limitation on the date on which regulations adopted by the State Board of Podiatry pursuant to NRS 635.030 prescribing the conditions under which a podiatry hygienist or a person training to be a podiatry hygienist may engage in radiation therapy and radiologic imaging become effective. Section 72.3 effective on January 1, 2020, or the date on which regulations adopted by the State Board of Podiatry pursuant to NRS 635.030 prescribing the conditions under which a podiatry hygienist or a person training to be a podiatry hygienist may engage in radiation therapy and radiologic imaging become effective, whichever is later. Section 73 effective on the date on which the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 666 requiring each state to establish procedures under which the state has authority to withhold or suspend, or to restrict the use of professional, occupational and recreational licenses of persons who: have failed to comply with a subpoena or warrant relating to a proceeding to determine the paternity of a child or to establish or enforce an obligation for the support of a child; or are in arrears in the payment for the support of one or more children, are repealed by the Congress of the United States.
